1. Pursue growth and learning
It’s important for employees of S2C8 to learn and grow. The very nature of s2c8 is growth and learning, not only for employees but customers, students and the business. This means we are surrounded by constant growth in every aspect of the organisation. Part of our purpose is to develop our students and customers, physically and psychologically. This means employee development and learning is essential, as without it we will be overtaken and left behind by the customer and our co-workers.
We see potential in all our employees but we can only point the way. You have to take on and enjoy the challenge, you have to understand that learning will never cease and this should excite and motivate you which in turn excites and motivates those around you.
